Teresa Berganza Performs Mozart, Rossini and de Falla

Teresa Berganza is well known to be an ardent follower of Elisabeth Schumann, trained by Lola Rodriguez Aragòn. Teresa Berganza performed Mozart and Rossini in 1964 in Paris before an audience at the National Orchestra of the RTF.

Teresa has come a long way as a musician and even when she was refused for auditions, she continued to try until she was enrolled to study music as a student of Elisabeth Schumann. In one of her earliest performances, she sang the Seven Popular Songs by Manuel de Falla. The concert was amazing in that critics rated it as a near-perfect replication of classic musical arrangements.
