Russian pianist completes 24-hour performance for charity

A Russian pianist recently completed a 24-hour marathon concert in St. Petersburg to raise money for charity.

Peter Andreev played everything from Rachmaninov to Bach, Queen, and Lady Gaga during the day-long performance. The only breaks he took were for 10 minutes every four hours.

There were no repetitions and pauses between compositions lasted no more than 30 seconds.

A crowd gathered to watch him play and encourage him during the concert.

Andreev donated the proceeds to a charity which helps children living in difficult circumstances.
