💡 Tip — Fender vs. Marshall Midrange: The key difference between Fender and Marshall tone stacks is the mid pot value. Fender uses 250kΩ mid pots, creating a deeper mid scoop. Marshall uses 25kΩ mid pots which raises the mid notch frequency, producing a more forward, present midrange character.
