Formula used: seconds per BPM note = 60 / BPM; quarter-note seconds = BPM-note seconds / BPM note value; counted beat seconds = quarter-note seconds x (4 / meter denominator). Count-in length = counted beat seconds x (count-in bars x meter top + extra beats).

Why Counting In Matters
